What guides us
Humanity
People come first — not processes, metrics or short-term efficiency.
For us, humanity means recognising each person in their uniqueness. In education, youth welfare and social projects, we often meet people in challenging life situations. Then what matters is not what is on paper, but whether someone is taken seriously, heard and given a genuine perspective.
We create spaces where trust can grow — in counselling sessions, in teams and in collaboration with partners. Respect, dignity and attention are not slogans for us, but the foundation of every decision.
Humanity also shapes our corporate culture: we foster open communication, mutual support and a willingness to take responsibility for one another — across all subsidiaries.
In practice
